The Native Watercraft Sidekick comes ready to mount to make your kayak easy to transport to and from the water. Maximum added weight to the boat is 50lbs. (50lbs in additional gear is the most recommend you should carry inside the kayak while using the Sidekick. Don't recommend adding weight when going over rough terrain, curbs, or dropping out of the back of a pickup truck."
